A rubber pad at the bottom of the mount, which protects the paint of the vehicle and does not damage any body panel near the mounting area. Installation is easy, 16.4ft low loss RG58 coaxial cable is enough for a cars roof, trunk or hood mounting systems. PL-259 ((UHF Male) connector is compatible with amateur mobile radio, ham radio, FRS/GMRS two way radio, etc. What kind of vehicles are suitable for magnetic mount? Only for magnetically conductive metal surfaces (e.g. steel roofs), not for aluminum roofs, glass or plastic. What are the scenarios that require careful use?
