1. Description: When the projector is working, the Status indicator light flashes blue, while the Temp indicator light stays orange continuously, and then the machine shuts down automatically. 2. Cause: The air filter or exhaust port is blocked or obstructed, affecting heat dissipation. 3. Solution: Exception: If you’re using the projector at 1500m or higher altitude, please turn on the high altitude mode. Press the "Menu" button on the remote control or projector panel to enter the projector's menu, select "Extended Settings" - "Operation" - "High Altitude Mode" - "On". 1. Turn off the projector, disconnect the power, and ensure there are no obstructions within 20cm around the projector. Note: Do not place the projector in the following locations: Areas with poor ventilation or limited space, such as closets or cabinets. On cushions, bedding, blankets, etc. Near high-temperature locations, such as next to central air conditioning vents or other heat dissipation devices. 1) Slide the air filter cover latch, then open the lid and remove the air filter. 2) Use a soft-bristled brush (such as a paintbrush) to gently brush off dust from the air filter and exhaust port. Alternatively, turn the air filter over (with the side with the pull ring facing downwards), lightly tap it four or five times to shake off the dust; then flip it over and tap the other side in the same way. Note: Do not soak the air filter in water or use any detergent to clean it. Tapping the air filter too hard may cause deformation or breakage, rendering it unusable. If the dust cannot be removed or the air filter is damaged, please replace the air filter. 3. Reinstall the air filter and close the lid. 4. Reconnect the power and turn on the projector.
