The plate is completely hidden from sight so you won't know it's there! The metal plate is not a magnet itself. It's a type of metal that is attracted to magnets used in magnetic mounts. The plate doesn't interfere with your phone's functionality. Wireless charging, reception, WiFi, navigation, and all essential phone functions will be unaffected. If you sometimes need to carry a few extra cards, this might be the solution for you! For additional pockets and functionality, this case is compatible with the Latcher wallet, which is sold separately. The Latcher can be used with or without the cash clip. It slides easily in and out of a card case, giving you the freedom to convert it on the fly.
