Works great for supporting Dipoles, Inverted Vees, Loops, End Fed and Random Wire antennas! These are great pulleys for your antennas! Light weight designed for use with rope (not wire). Perfect for packing in light for QRP portable operation! The sheave (wheel) is nylon designed for use with rope, it has a nice edge and groove. For dipoles these work great for the center support pulley either on a pipe or mast or the side of your tower. Run a hoist rope through the pulley and raise and lower the dipole center without fuss and climbing. If you are using trees or other things that can move in the wind for the end supports on your dipoles or other wire antennas, these work great for the end support to place the counter weight. When the wind blows and the tree moves, the wire moves easy in the pulley which helps minimize wire breakage and insulator breaks. Intended only for rope antenna supports - these are not rated nor intended for overhead load support or to support a person. Always use caution with things above your head!
